Our approach, coupled with our skills and expertise lets us guide clients through the various stages of a project.  We are first and foremost quantity surveyors and we understand construction and we use this to get to the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the costs of a project at the soonest opportunity.  This ensures that we provide our clients with informed budgets from the outset.  We then use our skills and expertise to ensure that the client’s budget is protected, maintained and met throughout the project.

 

We are also very commercially astute and understand the need to strike a balance between cost and value.  We continually drive unnecessary costs out of our projects, whether that’s by investigating, influencing, actively participating or being challenged in the search for alternative design solutions.  We will implement the most appropriate procurement methods to ensure that projects are bought at the best price and our cost management skills are used to implement strict controls so costs are maintained whilst the project is on site.  This approach ultimately ensures that the client’s objectives are protected, delivered and maximised.
