Description:
The scheme involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing Grade II listed building to provide thirteen one bed ensuite rooms for clergy and hostel use. A timber framed extension to the rear is included within the scope to provide much needed community space and house plant to service the two properties and adjoining church. The buildings were in a state of disrepair and have required substantial remedial works to ensure that they remain habitable for the foreseeable future. Works began on site in May 2023 and are due to complete in late 2024.
