Description: 

The Client develops and builds automated technology software for global businesses; this project involved the consolidation of three existing offices into a new European HQ. The works were split over two floors within an occupied building to provide meeting rooms, breakout areas, a wellness room and office space to introduce new ways of working. Almost half of one of the floorplates is collaborative spaces to encourage and build a new less formal workplace culture and provides areas to work, meet and regroup.  The client was keen to offer more freedom for their employees to choose where they work individually or as part of a team.  The breakout space is central to the space and uses the building’s natural day light.
